ADMISSION PROCEDURE

                      The school admits any child irrespective of caste, creed, religion or social status. An interaction of the child together with the parents is required prior to the admission. Students seeking admission to class 1 and above will be subjected to undergo an entrance test or an interview or both or anything else that the school considers suitable to the changing trends in education or as directed by the government and the Board of Education. The school will fix the mode and date of the screening and the result will be published in the school notice board. Only the children clearing the entrance test will be admitted. A student seeking admission will be eligible for admission to that class only if he/she:

Boys and girls to be admitted to KG-I should be of minimum 4 years old. An interaction with the child together with the parents is required prior to the admission..

Parents/guardians are requested to fill the admission form with utmost accuracy. The Name, Date of birth and other details once entered will not be changed later for any reason whatsoever.

No leaving certificate is issued until all dues to the school have been cleared.

A student seeking admission to higher class will be eligible for admission only if he/she


i) Has passed the admission test for that class.


ii) Satisfies the requirements of limits (minimum and maximum) of age as determined by the state government.


iii) Produces :
a) The school leaving certificate/ transfer certificate signed by the head of the institution last attended and counter signed by the educational authority.


b) Documents in support of his having passed the qualifying examination, UDISE code / P.E.N Number is a must.

The school reserves to itself the right to dismiss students whose academic performance is steadily unsatisfactory or whose conduct is harmful to other students.

Grave insubordination or contempt of authority justifies immediate dismissal.

Not withstanding anything in the prospectus, the Principal may at his absolute discretion to ask any parent any time to take his ward out of the school..

New admissions are taken against vacant seats only.

 

 

ADMISSION TO KINDERGARTEN SECTION

 

1

 

A child seeking admission to Nursery should have completed 3 years by March 31st.

A child seeking admission to LKG should have completed 4 years by March 31st.

A child seeking admission to UKG should have completed 5 years by March 31st.

Produces :
At the time of admission, a birth certificate issued by the municipality or panchayat must be submitted.

ADMISSION TO CLASS XI

Since admission of Class XI is designed to be selective in the board’s Scheme of education students of Class X must apply for admission to Class XI after their 10th standard. Forms for admission to class XI must be collected from the school office. Dates will be announced to the children. If forms are not collected on the prescribed dates it will be presumed that your child will not be coming back for admission to the +2 classes. The completed forms are to be returned to the office on the prescribed dates.

Entry to the plus ‘2’ course (AISSCE) is by selection and choice. Students are selected to class XI on the basis of their conduct and consistently good academic record in the previous classes. Thus entry to standard XI will be regulated by MERITS. Merit is calculated basing on grade obtained in the AISEE Exam, as well as the record of the student’s GENERAL PERFORMANCE AND BEHAVIOUR while he/she was in the school i.e regularity, punctuality, proficiency in studies as seen in the home examination, extra and co-curricular activities will be taken into account.
