1. All students from VI to XII are allowed to borrow books from the library.
  2. No student is allowed to carry any belonging what so ever into the library. They shall be left outside..
  3. Strict silence shall be observed in the library
  4. Students who keep books, longer than the time permitted will be fined 5/- rupee per day..
  5. No students shall scribble, write or make any marking or indication either in ink or pencil or by tucking in the edges of the books or tamper with them. Cases detected contrary to this shall be taken up seriously and fines imposed at the discretion of the librarian.
  6. In the event of a lost book, a new and exact one of the lost book or double amount of its price shall be accepted.
  7. Loss of the borrower’s ticket shall be reported to the librarian at the earliest.
  8. Each student is entitled to borrow one book at a time while each teacher is entitled to borrow two books at a time and keep the same for seven days. Periodical publication, dictionaries, guides and other costly reference books shall not be lent out.
  9. Each student is entitled to renew the borrowed book for another 15 days only. But in case of any advance reservation
  10. Books should be covered and used.
  11. All books taken from the library should be returned two weeks before the examinations. T.C. and admit card to the board examination will not be issued until a clearance is obtained from the librarian.
