1. Parents / guardians are expected to co-operate with the school authorities by endorsing regularity and discipline by seeing that their wards prepare their lessons and by taking an active and helpful interest in the activities of the school.
  2. Parents / guardians are informed that the occasional reports from the teachers are conveniently sent through the handbook.
  3. Parents / guardians are particularly expected to sign messages, the progress report or any similar document when so requested. Failure to do this may put their children to great inconvenience and render them liable to be sent home.
  4. Parents / guardians are specially requested to notify the school of any change in their address and phone numbers at the earliest.
  5. When communicating with the Principal the parents / guardians are requested to mention in their letters the class and section of their children.
  6. Parents / guardians or other persons are not allowed to see the children or interview their teachers during the school hours without the permission of the Principal.
  7. Parents / guardians are not allowed to write anything in the Progress report. Progress report should be signed on the parents-teachers meeting day.
  8. Parents / guardians are requested not to engage any of the staff member of this institution for private tuition without the explicit permission from the school authorities.
  9. Parents / guardians are requested to produce the identity card of their ward at the school office in order to take the child out of the school campus during the school hours.
  10. Parents / guardians are requested to meet the teachers of their children on every second Saturday. Time 8.30 a.m. to 11 am.
  11. Parents ought to see that their children take active part in all the activities of the school.
  12. Any refund of money shall be claimed at the time of taking T.C. producing the original receipts. No claim will be accepted later.
